BLUE ROSE MUSIC

JOE POLETTO
Joe is the Founder and Managing Partner of Indie Global. Joe brings over three decades of experience in media and advertising, serving at an executive level for Microsoft, WebTV, HBO and Comedy Central. A native of Connecticut Joe now makes his home in Sonoma, CA with his wife and two children.

MICHELE AHERN
Michelle is the Digital Media Director of Indie Global. She is responsible for planning, buying and ad optimization. Michele led the national account service teams at Microsoft’s Digital Solutions division and LinkedIn.

HILARIE SANDER
As General Manager for Indie Global, Hilarie oversees the daily business activities of Indie Global’s companies. She is also the Executive Director of the Blue Rose Foundation. Hilarie previously worked at the international law firm K & L Gates, working with the Internet Safety group on high profile cyber law and intellectual property litigation.

FARAH MERCHANT
As the controller at Indie Global, Farah keeps all operations running smoothly. She previously worked as a financial analyst and accountant at Sanmina-SCI, Dell Computer and a number of smaller startups including ZING.

SUZANNE PFEIFFER
As the Broadcast Director for Indie Global, Suzanne is responsible for planning and buying radio and television to support artist’s releases. Sue has provided media planning and buying for top accounts like Burger King, Converse, Denny’s and Cadillac.

KEVIN DORSEY
Kevin is the Managing Director of Media Partnerships for Indie Global. He has held executive level positions at CBS and iHeartMedia with a focus on television, digital, mobile, radio content sales, business development and operations.

MEREDITH DiMENNA
As Managing Director for Blue Rose Music, Meredith helps build and maintain the careers of musical artists. She has contributed to GRAMMY Award winning albums, as well as numerous short films and videos featured at Sundance, Tribeca, and SXSW.

MICHELLE GARRAMONE
As the General Manager for Blue Rose Music, Michelle overseas the business and creative decisions and helps keep the artist and label on the same page. She has worked closely with legacy artists such as Kenny Rogers, Charlie Daniels, and Toby Keith, as well as independent groups in the rock and punk genres local to Nashville TN.

DAVE WEISSMAN
As the Director of Social Media for Blue Rose Music, Dave is responsible for superior customer engagement and intimacy within all aspects of social media marketing. With over two decades work experience in the music industry, he oversees the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content in the digital space.

STEVE LOPEZ
As the Manager of Blue Rose Music, Steve works closely with artists to guide their long-term strategies and maximize tour opportunities. He is also the tour manager for Widespread Panic (18 years!) and has managed tours for other acts such as Gov’t Mule and DeVotchKa.

KELSEY KIRPICH
As Project Manager for Blue Rose Music, Kelsey offers extensive experience in tour management, event production, and artist management. She works with our artists on a daily basis regarding logistics, social media strategy, and event production.

KADY BRANDWEIN
Working as Project Coordinator, Kady specializes in direct to consumer programs and marketing. Through her experience in brand development, e-commerce, and social media marketing, she spearheads all e-commerce, fulfillment, and direct to consumer sales and marketing for Blue Rose Music.
